Associate Researcher Plik is a quest NPC found in Katta Castrum. He offers the first out of the A City in Peril series of tasks, along with Knowledge for Power, the first Solteris access mission. Finally, he offers Stone Tongue of Ateleka, a group mission for faction with the Combine Empire Merchants.
