This is a guide to obtain the Reconstructed Wereorc Head which is an ALL/ALL head slot item with no stats, which grants the user the Illusion of a Wereorc.

This is fairly long quest arc that involves numerous solo tasks. These tasks can be completed in any order. Each of the 8 pieces you need to collect is collected by doing 2-5 individual tasks, the last task you complete in the set will reward you the piece, and again, it doesn't matter what order you complete the individual tasks in.

The pieces needed are as follows:

Wereorc's Left Cranial Fragment
Wereorc's Right Cranial Fragment
Runed Wereorc Skin
Handful of Wereorc Fangs
Pair of Glowing Wereorc Eyes
Wereorc's Left Mandibular Fragment
Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment
Wereorc's Maxillary Fragments

These items must then be combined in a Bloodmoon Taxidermy Kit which can be purchased from the Fang Breakers Supplier at indifferent faction. Since all these tasks yield positive Fang Breakers faction hits (sometimes multiple), attaining indifferent faction by the time you have all the pieces should be no problem

Each of the pieces is obtained by completing the following tasks. As each task is confirmed to be associated with a specific piece, the task will be moved to the correct section, until then the tasks that are confirmed (but unassociated) are listed here.

Fight or Flight from Junwin in main Fang Breaker camp
The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend from Junwin in main Fang Breaker camp (must complete Fight or Flight first)
