Miggletik Biggerton says 'Ahhhhhhhhhhh! I mean hi! Sorry, I've been a little on the edge lately. It may have something to do with those darned goblins. The name is Miggletik Biggerton, Race, and my business in these parts is all about [salvage and recovery]. You know, getting stuff and selling it to the highest bidder?'

Miggletik Biggerton says 'Oh yeah. There's a lot of platinum to be had by recovering junk that other people consider 'trash' and turning it into 'cash'! You would be surprised at how many random knick-knacks I've come across that some poor guy in Kaladim would pay a bundle for. Hey! That reminds me; you wouldn't be interested in doing a little salvage [job] for me would ya? I'd pay you good!'

Miggletik Biggerton says 'Great! Well as I was saying earlier, I've been on the edge because of goblins lately. You see, on my last salvage operation my caravan and I were attacked by those annoying green buggers! They ended up stealing all of my cool stuff! One thing that is valuable to me that I want back though, is my Deadcloud Amulet. It has a certain. . .monetary value to me! You see, I found this thing while looting. . .err salvaging in an area northeast of here. Still [interested] in the job?'

You say, 'Yep, I'm still interested.'

Miggletik Biggerton says 'Ok good. Travel north and find my stolen caravan. I imagine they stripped the caravan of all of its goods and took the Amulet elsewhere. Find the goblins, beat a few up, and hopefully you'll find the amulet. I'll reward you once you get that thing back to me!'
