Crescent Reach, added with The Serpent's Spine expansion, is the village of the Drakkin. The village is ruled by a council of dragons, one of each color, who collaborate to make all important decisions.

[edit] History

The first time a player logged their character in after registering The Serpent's Spine, they had the option to have that character's home city changed to Crescent Reach. All newly created characters have the same option.
