This quest is coveted solely for its loot; indeed, the loot is its only reward. It rewards the Efreeti Death Visage, the quest's namesake, and Paza's Cursed Remains for Necromancers.
[edit] Prerequisites
In order to complete this quest, one must have the arc of tasks from Noble Sivrn completed. None of his tasks are that difficult, but they must be completed in order to get the Platinum Efreeti Mask from him.

[edit] Acquire the Platinum Efreeti Armor
Once you complete Broken Lines, the fifth task in Noble Sivrn's arc, hail him again:

Noble Sivrn says 'Forgive me, I seem to have forgotten my promise to honor you with a token of respect for your ability to solve the puzzles that have confounded the most intelligent among us... Take this mask. It may seem tommon to the mortal eye, but for the efreeti, each mask reveals the soul of the being from whom it was created.' | ” |

And you will receive your Platinum Efreeti Mask. In addition to the mask, you will need a full set of Platinum Efreeti armor (see below), which drops from all efreeti NPCs in both the static and instanced versions of Jewel of Atiiki. Once you have your full set of Platinum Efreeti gear, see Noble Phren - he is located right beside Noble Sivrn.

[edit] Play the Game of Order with Mahatototarit
The next step is to get a Token of Order (random zonewide drop in Jewel of Atiiki), equip all the Platinum Efreeti armor (including the mask), and go play a game of order from Mahatototarit. Disregard what he says about the normal game setting and play it according to what Noble Phren had to say about each inscription. When you have reached the correct order, go to Mahatototarit and say, 'Done.'

Paza spawns near the game board. Hail him to get your mask:

Paza blinks for a moment as he studies you, 'Brother, my time is short, I have done as Xanxionusus commanded... I return from the other side with this message, D`nik Belm J`cof Ghap... Etch those words into your memory, and repeat them to Xanxionusus... Aaarrraaaaahhhh... I feel the pull of the other side once again, I beg you,t ake my mask so that my soul is released from this torment before I am drawn over once again...' | ” |

Necromancers note that if you repeat Paza's phrase to Xanxionusus, you will receive the following dialog:

Xanxionusus peers at you intently for a moment, then looks away and begins to whisper quietly in a strange voice, 'Paza has upheld the bargain, the recompense is granted as agreed... D`nik Belm J`cof Ghap!' The words fade as Xanxionusus fixes his gaze on you, 'I sense the darkness of your soul... These bones are no longer of any use to me; take them as compensation for your assistance in this matter... Leave quickly, and speak of this to no one.' | ” |

Non-necromancers who repeat Paza's phrase to Xanxionusus will receive the following dialog, with no additional reward:
