Mental Clarity

Mental Clarity is a line of alternate advancement abilities that grant the character an increased innate mana regeneration rate. All character have an innate mana regeneration rate of one point of mana per tick while the character is standing. Each rank of the Mental Clarity Alternate Advancement ability raises that standing innate regeneration by one point per tick. For instance a character with Mental Clarity 4 would have an innate mana regeneration rate (standing, and without counting gear) of 5 points of mana per tick, the one base and four for the four ranks of Mental Clarity.
