The Pyrilen race are fire based beings that are only found in the Realm of Discord. They are lead by Queen Pyrilonis and maintain a presence within the Riftseekers' Sanctum.
They openly oppose the invading Muram army and fight off control from Overlord Mata Muram. The Riftseekers' Sanctum which they call home appears to be the only remaining safe haven on the continent of Kuua which OMM has not been able to subjugate.

- Players can obtain an illusion to appear as a Pyrilen with an item obtained from Legends of Norrath booster packs. This illusion is found on the Visage of Queen Pyrilonis
