Wouldn't it be more prudent to consider these to be secondary stats, and the Cleave/Sharpshooting/etc (which are basically just worn effects) to be tertiary stats? There's nothing established as far as I know, people call them all sorts of different things without any real consistency. I wanted to lump them together since they're distinct from the old secondary stats (especially since they're uncapped). No real reason other than that though.

Nah, move stuff wherever you think it best fits... I suck at categorization, just wanted to record it while I had access to the information easily.
