This task is a very easy solo task at level 75. Completing this will unlock The Daring Rescue. You also gain nominal experience and a faction hit with Fang Breakers.
This task is not repeatable, but The Daring Rescue is.

To begin, talk to Babeliyna at the Fang Breakers camp in Loping Plains.

Babeliyna wipes her eyes. Babeliyna says, "I'm sorry. I've been a wreck since my husband Fadnare went [missing]." You say, 'Missing?' Babeliyna says 'Yes. He was one of the few miners we have and he didn't return from work yesterday. We sent out a search party but we haven't had any luck yet. Maybe if you would [help], we could be more successful.' You say, 'Maybe I can help' Babeliyna says 'Thank you. Try to listen to whatever the local Elves are saying, west of here by the bridge. Keep an eye out for whoever might have kidnapped my Fadnare. Please bring me any tangible evidence of his fate.' | ” |

[edit] Eavesdrop on Tissidrelle Windracer's conversation
Tissidrelle Windracer can be found next to the bridge in the north end of the zone around location (1900, 700). Simply walk close to her (Do you need to be invis?) to update this step.
When you get close enough, you will get the following as a /tell.

[edit] Find out if the rumors are about Fadnare
Fadnare is pretending to be dead in the orc camp with Orrel the Blood Mystic. He's laying down around location (-1600, -1200). All you have to do is hail him, and you can do this while invis. Nothing in the camp sees invis so you should be safe.

Back to the Fang Breaker camp and hail Babeliyna.
